Feature My Cottage in the 2025 Coney Islander Calendar!!

Welcome! My name is Matt Johnson, and I am the Chair of the Coney Island Music Festival. This is a fundraiser for the Coney Island Music Festival, and after great success in our first year of producing the Coney Islander Calendar, we are getting started on our bids for features in the 2025 Coney Islander Calendar NOW! You may have noticed from the website domain that this is my personal website, however, any payments that are made will be completed through the Coney Island Music Festival’s bank account, and an invoice will be issued from our QuickBooks account.

Bidding Instructions

We will have at least one, if not two bidding intakes to ensure we have enough participants to feature. Deadline for the first intake of bids is May 1st, 2024. If you do not submit a bid before then, you may not get a chance to get into the 2025 calendar. Only if we do not receive enough bids by May 1st will we open up an additional round of bidding.

As with last year, in order to have your cottage/property featured in the 2025 calendar, you will need to submit a bid of at least $150. We’ve increased the amount from last year’s minimum of $50 to $150 because what you will end up receiving is a photography service that would normally cost at least $300, so this is a great deal, and it is all going towards keeping our ConeyFest going in perpetuity, an incredible event that was created by a group of dedicated Coney Islanders over 15 years ago! We will send you the entire photoshoot set of aerial images that we collect of your property, which you will then be able to have enlarged and printed for your own use if you wish.

Below you will find a form that you will need to fill out, indicating your contact information, as well as your cottage location, and if you have any preferred months to be featured in the calendar. Please note that no payment is necessary at this stage to submit your bid. You will be contacted once the initial round of bidding is closed to confirm your bid, and an invoice will be issued at that time.

Also, please check out the images we featured in the 2024 calendar, as this is the format that we will be using for the 2025 calendar as well. Please note that these will all be aerial images, collected from a drone-based high resolution camera.
